I am a business/legal consultant, and an arbitrator and mediator, with over 25 years’ experience in the business/legal field. I am certified in contract law through Harvard University School of Law, and have consulted with clients and/or established far too many businesses to count over the past 25 years. I have considerable expertise in types of business entities, establishing business entities, and compliance matters pertaining to businesses. If selected, I would request additional information from you in order to properly evaluate your situation and provide advice - consultation. I would also be able to assist, or fully prepare, the necessary paperwork for the filing of modification of the current entity, the bylaws, articles of organization, as required. I require a milestone (retainer) of 25% of the bid, or USD63, prior to submitting my initial opinion with the balance due upon your receipt and acceptance of my final opinion and/or completion of necessary documentation to complete the project. Ten days as a project time period is provided as an estimate. The actual time period (increase of decrease) will depend on the scope of the project. We can communicate via Freelancer messenger and direct telephone conversation.
