Unique Email Collection Project

I need someone to collect and deliver to me a list of small businesses EMAIL ADDRESSES, specifically only businesses that do not have their own website. There is no limit to how big or small the list is but the requirements are as follows: -Small businesses in California -Only email addresses of businesses without a website -The list must contain the name of the business along with the email address -All businesses must currently be in business The Budget for this project about $50....What can you gather for that price??
