100 Active Members Needed for New PTC/GPT site

I need 100 members to join my new PTC/GPT site. They must all be active on the site. Users who are inactive, fake, or who only use the site for a few minutes will not count toward the total. You must sign up for the site and then have people sign up using your referral link so progress can be tracked. Requirements - No spamming to get leads - Zero tolerance for spam - No repeat IP addresses - No IP rotation - No fake users - 100% active users - No mentioning of this project to leads - No pinging to blogs, directories, search engines, etc.
