Build an editable coupon database for my website

I need this project done in a very little amount of time - a day or two at most! I would like someone to create "coupon" and "freebie" databases for my joomla site that I can enter coupon information into such as coupon database: - Coupon - Value - Expiry Date - Source - Date Added freebie database: - Freebie - Source - Expiry Date - Date Added I would like it to match in colouring to my websites colour scheme and it can either be something that I can add right into an article like a plugin or module (not to tech savvy?) or it can be an external link much like my forum on my website when you click the forum tab it takes you to the forum for my website which is a PHP forum attached to my website name so its like www xxx / forum so if the databases cannot be added directly onto an "article" page on my site due to width ect it could be made so that it will be a menu link and when they click on it it would say take them to www xxx / coupon database or www xxx / freebie database. I don't make much sense to myself but I am hoping someone is willing to help and understands what I am looking for. I am a very small business only employee so my budget is super small but I would be will to offer free advertising on my website for you as well as payment.
