Adjustments Website in a safe ("/beta") domain

The website needs stay live, and visitors should notice anything. The main adjustment is in the top of the page: I would like to add a side scroller (not sure if that is the correct name) -please see the screenshot attached of how it should look exactly (feel free to compare it with the version that is currently live) Please make sure that the final page looks exactly as this, taking into account the notes in the briefing attached.
