Configure \"Payment Form\" Plugin for an existing Joomla Website

My client uses a plugin called the "Payment Form" plugin by JoomDonation. I need someone who is familiar with this plugin to configure it to work on my existing Joomla website. One will be a membership form that collects some basic information and allows the user to select a membership level. Each membership level has its own price attached to it. The user would then make payment via PayPal to my client's email address and the submitted info (name, address, payment info, etc.) would be emailed to the site administrators. A confirmation email would also be sent to the user to let them know the membership stuff is being processed and payment has been received. Second form... a volunteer signup form that collects basic information and sends it to the website admins. The user would also get a confirmation form. No payment is collected via this form. Each form will appear below content on their own separate pages that already exist on this Joomla website. Basically we need to use this extension AND NOT ANOTHER EXTENSION if possible, because this one is already paid for. I just don't have the time to learn this extension and how to configure it, so that's what I need. Please message me with any questions! Thank you for bidding!
