Display Page items from CSV file in Joomla

At the moment I have a web ecommerce store that is ran with Mal's E mals-e.com. The store pages are created with a program I wrote that takes a CSV file and applies it to a template to create about 160 HTML pages. The pages are then loaded up in joomla via dynamically targeted wrappers. I feel this is too clumsy because I have to run the program to create the HTML files, then ftp them to the website, also the products could be dynamically loaded rather than forced into particular HTML files. I'm looking for anything that can pull data from a csv file and display them from the template according to search criteria, category matching, etc. I would like the products to be displayed if it matches Category (column L in csv) or Fits Vehicle (Column N-Y) or if it fits a search (text box filled in by customer that matches any word in product listing) I do not care if its done via joomla component, javascript, HTML5, etc. My only requirement is that the project is finished in a open matter so I can edit it later. (add variables, change template, etc) Attached is an example of the CSV file and a example html output file I'm using. Finished project must be search engine friendly!
