custom JavaScript code

I have “all, womens, mens, and accessories” on the same website store page and when you click on one of the tabs, it will rearrange to the category you click on (see [login to view URL]). In the dropdown menu under store and 3 buttons on the home page (see screenshot) are choices to click on each of the 3 categories. Right now if you click on them it will go to the store page with the “all” categories showing as a default. Instead, when the links are clicked on I would like it to go to that certain category instead of the “all” category. Please quote me a price and time frame it will take to do this.
