Hi, I am looking for a freelancer or company who can build a CTI connector in Salesforce. The CTI connector needs to work in Internet Explorer or Chrome and provide RTP direct to the browser and utilise SIP. This CTI connector should work within Salesforce agent console using visual force elements. The CTI connector should be able to register via SIP to the PBX and ensure that all call control functionality occurs seamlessly through the browser to PBX. I will provide further details upon contact and further discussion. I would like to discuss the phases and asses the costs involved in completing each phase. As i have a technical background in Voice/SIP technologies i would like to work with the right person/company who has experience or a strong understanding of voice protocols, webRTC, HTML5, SIP, TAPI and various PBX technologies such as CISCO UCCE, UCCX, Avaya, Asterisk, FreeSwitch, Broadsoft. I want to be able to work with a team where collaboration can occur. Strong english communication and comprehension is a must and i am looking for enthusiastic staff to work with me on the project. Creativity and Innovation qualities will be looked at favorably. Hi, Porbably you have reached the right person for this work. I was CTI architect for a big US company LiveOps and implemented CTI (both socket and Open CTI). I was responsible implementing, inbound, outbound, dialout conference, call popups, call wrapups and many more features. I have just placed a mandatory bid for this project. Hi Dear... I have enough knowledge in CTI development. Alias already have a connector made to asteriskPBX / TAPI. The necessary development for this project, it would integrate it with Salesforce. Already used the salesforce on a project about a 3 year behind. I would like to participate. I have a question, the plugin can be installed on the computer ??? For example, a OCX ??? I have implemented 2 enterprise project in Salesforce open CTI, using 2 different connectors Cisco finesse and inContact cloud solution.I have knowledge in Cisco UCCE. Resource required 1) Salesforce Developer account. 2) Astreisk PBX with ARI enabled, We will be making use of node-ari-client - JavaScript for this implementation. Am highlighting some of the phase involved in this project. We will discuss on this in detail. Setting the Environment 1) Setting up the Salesforce environment. - a. Creating developer account b. Setting up the call center based on your requirement. c. Configuring the softphone layout. d. Identifying the Salesforce object for the business purpose. Do we need to create Salesforce object for your requirement. 2) Setting up the Asterisk PBX a. Checking the rest client for intial handshake, i.e. authenticating the user, Subscribing to the channels and checking basic telephony operation The intial phase will be done in 3 working days. Note: Provided we have an active astreisk server with Rest client enabled. Each Phase will be delivered as SF Package. 1) Authenticating an Astreisk user, and enabling him the call functionality based on the user Access level. 2) On a call delivery make Salesforce screen pop - No match, Single match or Multiple Match. Based on the softphone layout. 3) Provide him UI with call functionality hold, retrieve, disconnect, record. 4) UI for Wrapup call at call end. 5) Storing the call summary in Salesforce Activity history.
