We are looking for a seasoned frontend web developer who has extensive experience in developing complex, secure, client-side MVC JavaScript applications on top of an existing RESTful API, using one of the popular client-side MVC frameworks. The MVC framework can be any of the following: - BackboneJS (preferably extended with Marionette) - AngularJS - EmberJS - KnockoutJS Preference for AngularJs or Marionette Also, you will need to have good experience with requireJS, [login to view URL] and any of the testing frameworks and build automation tools (e.g. grunt or gulp). You will be spending approximately 1 day per week working onsite with a UI designer and/or software architect (CBD and North Shore) and approximately another 2 days per week working from home or location of your choice. The initial build phase of the project is expected to last 2-3 months. It is likely that further work will be required after this phase as additional functionality is planned.
