A Java Program for CEP using Esper and Socket.io

I need a program that connects to [login to view URL] and asks for recent changes (in the past 3 minutes) of wikipedia in JSON , then converts it to an event and feeds it to the Esper engine , then using the SQL queries of Esper , calculates a percentage for each letter which is at the beginning of the change title , (example: percentage of changes beginning with A to the whole number of changes ) , and then lists top 10 of those letters ( those with maximum change ratio ).
