Develop confluence plugin

Develop a confluence plugin that will contain a macro that can be put on specific pages. The macro should check if the user has signed a disclaimer and if not it should popup a page for signing the disclaimer. Once signed, user name and date of sign should be stored on a page metadata that later will be checked by the macro for the existing of the sign.
