Create application from scratch in C#, C++ or Java.

Standalone app in Java or C# or C++ 1. File-storing: A feature that have three options for file-storing. Option1: Create new folder (named by a date) in c:\storage\ and just move all files inside c:\source\ to the new folder Option2 (dated folder already exist): Move all folders from c:\source\ to c:\storage\ Option3 (Files located in c:\source\ represent several dates): Create one folder for each date in c:\storage\ and just move all files inside c:\source\ to their respective new folder. 2. Error-checking: A feature that check number of files, file size and content in one folder and then move on to check the same in the next folder. This task can be repeated and tailored in its settings page. 3. Excel-File-Builder: A feature that move files from one folder to another and then execute one or more macros in an excel-file. This task can be repeated and tailored in its settings page. 4. Action Window: This feature show each step of the process for -file-soring, -errorchecking and -excelfilebuilder. This feature is ment to be there just to make it easy to troubleshoot and monitor. Please do not make a bid if you are not willing to provide a UI proposal and illustrate the process flow/action window simulation, before I will decide wether or not you qualify for the job.
