502236 Team invitation web site & redesign a web look

I would like to add Team invitation and team social networking feature in to m x-cart based shopping cart web site. Looking for similar invitation site like [login to view URL], but specially designed for the sport that I am in business with. Same time would like to redesign the look of my current web site floorballauthority.com. with new look I would like to add live facebook and twitter "windows" in to my landing page. And non java banner system that allows me to save banner images by FTP in to folder where images are picked up to display on the site. thank you
