Port iPhone App into Android App

Our company currently has an iPhone app but need it reproduced for Android Market. Development must commence immediately. Application requires connection to already constructed MySQL database to push and pull information to the application. Framework already developed so just needs to be reproduced into Android so should be pretty simple for knowledgeable programmers. Application needs to be completed as quickly as possible. For these reasons, there is an absolute non negotiable fixed deadline of 30 days - bonus if done sooner. We are looking for a company or team that is knowledgeable of: iOS SDK Android Eclipse Ruby Linux Apache MySQL PHP Objective C JavaScript Google MAPS API It is extremely important that the individuals working on this project be completely knowledgeable of both iOS/Objective C and Eclipse/Java for the conversion/reproduction. Attached is a simple flow of application. Actual application and iPhone coding to be provided once developer is selected and contracted.
