PPC / Adwords Manager (Telecommute)

Firegang Dental Marketing has an open position available for a PPC Manager. This is a unique position for the type of person that loves managing client campaigns, digital marketing, work freedom and flexibility while helping to DRIVE the growth of a business. Summary: Manage the PPC marketing campaigns for 60+ clients Expected to audit existing ad campaigns for any inefficiencies and push forth optimizing the processes at scale Accountable for creating the standard Firegang systems of launching, optimizing and monitoring ad campaigns Work for an exciting, fast-growing small business doubling in size each year Work from anywhere in the USA (No physical office) Full-Time position (40+ hours per week) Some experience necessary Salaried position ($35K-$40K DOE, with opportunity for incentives) Massive opportunity for growth as company expands Job Qualifications: Having a systems mindset is extremely important for success in this position Some experience with PPC and building effective ad campaigns that scale required Must posses the ability to instruct and create the necessary trainings for lower level PPC members Ability to with with a performance team to make sure all campaigns (SEM, SEO, PPC) are progressing on schedule and to Firegang’s internal standards, as well as the client’s wants Excellent customer service skills to aid in retaining a client retention rate of 90% or better and helping to maximize customer sentiment towards Firegang Dental Marketing In depth focus and concern on adding as much value to Firegang and its clients as possible Hard working team player with posses a growth mindset as well as excited to learn from others Willingness to present new ideas as well as listen and evaluate others’ input in a small business culture Excellent and consistent communication skills a must Deeper training will be provided as needed As a key component of Firegang’s marketing team, you will play a critical, hands-on role in building and executing processes using various digital tools to fuel innovative and effective marketing campaigns. This position will be directly accountable for clients’ campaign results. The mission of this role is to maximize customer retention and customer satisfaction through the creative and successful optimization of their campaigns. Experience Needed Skills Necessary - Some experience in: Expert knowledge of various online advertising and web analytics platforms Google Analytics Google Adwords Facebook Ads, Yelp Ads, Bing Ads Ability to extract themes/patterns from datasets across dozens of clients Excellent follow-through skills Very high attention to detail You have a mind for tech, an understanding of the demands that marketing can bring, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
