This assignment relates to an appealing lake view property in a vacation area. In addition to the spacious modern, private main house on 5 acres, there is another three story structure, full bath and kitchen, that can used for a business, studio, retreat house, extra guests etc. (possibly Airbnb). Is there a way to find (through a database possibly) potential customers nationally interested in a home with an added multi-use property? Is it possible to do a lead search or find an appropriate forum/group to post promotion of specialty properties in an inexpensive way? If so please tell me. Are there freelancers who deal with expediting Real Estate Sells?
