I'm an empowerment educator that is looking to change the lives of others by offering 3 different core services, workshops, consulting, and online programs. I need you to set appointments and generate leads that will lead to engagements. You can choose to get paid hourly or get paid in commissions. If you work hourly you may get a bonus for generating tons of high quality leads but I will certainly pay bonueses if you are also able to close on deals. I need a hungry and passionate agent that is in for the long haul. You must have a passion to help people and make an impact. You must be willing to study me and this business so you can be my voice and sales expert. Though this is business, it is critical that we care and that all decisions pay off in the long term. I'd prefer to lose money now and be extremely wealthy for eternity than to utilize sleezy sales tactics that would alienate those we want to serve.
