Daiguo Marketer Needed

I need someone with expertise in Chinese social media such as Weibo to promote a new daiguo service. The person I'm looking for needs to be fluent in English and Chinese and knows how the system works with daiguo. My service will be revolutionary to the daiguo scene as I will charge no commission for the service. For example, if you want to buy a Prada bag and it cost 1000 euros/dollars, what ever the price on the receipt will be the price the buyer pays plus shipping. No commission whats so ever.
