Create Adword Remarketing Campaign to driveTelemarketing traffic to website

Each week We are driving between 25 and 50 B2B prospects to our website [login to view URL] with a very targeted outbound telemarketing campaign. I would like to have them see our Remarketing Ads for the next 60 days. What we need is for someone to set up a Google Adwords remarketing campaign to maximize our brand awareness among these site visitors. The focus is to increase brand recognition so they remember us when we call back. We will provide the graphic Ads but are open to your suggested best practices for design and copy. I need to estimate the budget for our marketing plan so if you can provide an idea of your fees would be to 1) set it up and 2) maintain it for 2015 3) provide traffic reports and what we should 4) budget for Ad impressions based on 25-50 site visitors per week and a 60 day duration?
