Obtain contact information from major companies

I am looking for someone to collect contact information from certain major corporations and institutions in specific states. We are looking for the contact information (name, title, email, phone, fax, mailing address) for the following types of people: Human Resource Executives/Staff President, CEO, Owner, Legal Departments This project will involve searching the web, wikpedia, linked in, salesforce to obtain clues on finding the appropriate and correct contact information for each target. It may also require you to do some out of the box research like calling or emailing targeted companies to gain the correct contact information for the person sought. Everything must be delivered and itemized in an excel workbook.
