Need Tweets and Retweets (URGENT)

We need to promote some of our URLs through twitter. Can you retweet our links from different accounts ? Here are the conditions: - tweets should be from different accounts - tweets should be at the time of day (according to US timezone) - tweets should be uniformly spread over the day (we don't need all the tweets in one hour) - We have a list of 4-5 tweets(we'll provide the content) that should be retweeted at least 20 times each (100 tweets from 100 accounts).
