NEED 5k AUstralian fans with in 21 days

I need to 5,000 Facebook Niche fans for specific Facebook fan pages that represent specific interest groups (Fashion/ Restaurants / mothers groups / shopping etc.) The added Fans must meet these requirements: • All fans must be real people with active facebook pages (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended soon - NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM! • All fans must have 50+ friends and a minimum of 4 photos • All fans must be aged 22 and over • All fans must have status updated that go back maximum of 30 days • All Fans should be acquired gradually over a period of minimum 30 days. • Fans target in the countries Australia and NZ only with a clearly defined target profile - and exact specifications on geography/ region • Keywords will be provided IMPORTANT! EXPECTED BID AMOUNT FOR THIS PROJECT IS MAX $150... IMPORTANT: • Proof of prior work will be advantageous, esp. with references. • You will be paid 30 days after you are done just to see that fans are real and not disappearing. • Atleast 75% of fans added must be FEMALE • You will be paid only for those fans that remain active after 15 days. • Payment will be made 20 days after delivery • You will not be paid if the page is banned • Any fans that are suspended in that time period must be replaced or you will not be paid. • Please use only good practices for inviting fans "White Hat" (Facebook account must not be banned for your actions and kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted. When bidding please include: project plan to reach 5,000 fans • Accurate date of delivery • URLS with examples of previous Facebook fan page work ONLY SERIOUS BIDS PLEASE!
