JV Needed for Quality CPA Lead Generation

I want to partner with someone whose specialty is quality lead/traffic generation. This is for a part-time position which could become a long-term relationship. You must be a seasoned Marketer with Good Feedback. People with no Feedback need not bid.

I have a growing business and want to do more with my CPA accounts. I currently have several CPA accounts. I want to partner with someone who is professional and knows what they are doing. I am willing to expose you to three of my accounts to try you out.

You should be ready to communicate with me daily via email or IM. You should be able to drive consistent, qualified leads to the offers and follow all CPA Company's TOS. QUALITY LEADS is the most important thing.

I will provide you with the offers with sub-ids, banner links, email suppression files, etc.

ALL leads will need to be from the USA.

Your earnings will be 50% of the amount CPA firms pay me. So it is conversions only. This is an equal profit sharing opportunity.

I will be sending you a daily screen cast video of my CPA accounts, so you can see exactly what is going on. Everything will be very transparent and honest. You will see exactly what I see. I expect honesty and integrity, and I will give you the same.

I will start you with 1 CPA account. If you can provide quality converting leads, it will increase to 3 accounts or more. This means lead generation can spread between several accounts for safety.

****IMPORTANT****

There will be no upfront payments. CPA companies can sometimes play games, and I will not pay you and then hope I can find you for a refund. I will pay a milestone through freelancer.

I get paid from the networks weekly. You will only be paid once I receive payment from my Networks, which will be once a week. The reason we do this is if we pay you up front for the leads and the CPA company says your leads are unqualified then we will lose all of the money paid.

Your earnings DEPEND ON YOU and HOW MUCH YOU WORK TO PROVIDE LEGITIMATE, QUALIFIED LEADS.

If you drive blackhat or illegal or fake IP traffic, you will not be paid! You will only be paid 50% of what CPA networks pay, so do not waste time and effort with false traffic. If you work honestly and drive quality legitimate traffic, you will enjoy a great income.

All payments via Freelancer. If you prove yourself to be a good worker then I can switch payment options to speed things up.

I need 100% Real People as well as 100% USA Traffic. If you are found to be breaking ANY of these rules, you will not be paid for any work that you have done.

When replying, please tell me about how you will generate these signups as well as how soon can you get started if you are awarded this project. I do not need or want to know your methods but I need to make sure that your methods will not cause problems with the networks.

I will start you with zip/email submits, and then move you to higher paying insurance or education offers, etc.

I might award this to multiple vendors. So if you do a good, legitimate job and can drive volume, you will be handsomely rewarded.
