Commenting on selected websites for relevant backlinks

I am looking for freelancers preferably from the Philippines who is fluent in English. Basically, my job scope is simple. I will give you a list of URLs that I have shortlisted with keywords and then you will comment using anchor text that links to my website if possible on those websites. Some requires email registration before you are allowed to comment. Hence, I will provide you with an email account that you can use to create accounts and post comments there. All I need from you is just 1-4 lines saying how grateful you are for reading the article and then suggest that you might have a better alternative at my website there. Example 1: Thank you for letting me read this article! I have managed to "get to sleep" [ANCHOR TEXT] within 10 minutes thanks to you! Example 2: Hey, that's a great article you have written there! I appreciate the effort and I want to contribute my part too. Please visit [login to view URL] for more information. Example 3: Wow, what an incredible read! This is one of the most useful "way to fall asleep" [ANCHOR TEXT] for insomniacs! Have you noticed the trend in these examples? Sometimes you can link to my website using anchor text and sometimes you can just directly ask people to visit my website. If you get the scope of this job, please bid your amount accordingly. I am looking for maximum 0.05 USD per approved comment. This is excluding Elance fees. You will need to provide an Excel report afterwards so that I can pay you accordingly.
