AdWords google campaign - ASAP

Hello, we need a pro that can manage couple small google campaigns for us. 1. we have prepared everything 2. we have $100 free codes that needs to be used 3. We will test each campaign with $100 code b 4. we will pay $5 for every sucessfull account which uses up the coupon and isnt suspended. The main focus is making sure the accounts don't get banned so ultimately this job just requires you setting up the accounts, adding the campaigns and applying the coupons.
