Researcher needed to produce lists of specific executives working for 100 companies - repost

I have a product that I want to sell. My product prevents 'screen scraping', i.e the loss of website content to data thieves. I need to write to 4 people in 100 companies to make them aware of my product, so I need someone to return me a list of 400 names, titles and company address of the person(s) I should be contacting within an organisation about my product. You will be expected to simply use the Internet and whatever FREE information can be found online from companies house webcheck (uk), stock market reports, company websites, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], google, [login to view URL] and so on. Since my product it IT based, I will need to have the contact details of the person(s) responsible for purchasing software, installing software, such as the CTO, CFO or where companies have an 'employees' webpage - whatever name(s) seem a logical choice - project managers in charge of IT, Server administrators in charge of website / server security and so on. As an example of the kind of companies to investigate - I would need information from the top ten US based Airlines in the world (especially Budget), top ten European airlines, top ten Europe based gambling website owners, top ten USA based gambling website owners, top ten online newspaper and magazine distributers (europe), top ten online newspaper and magazine distributers (USA), top ten online insurance companies (europe), top ten online insurance companies (USA), plus twenty other companies whose websites contain content that is frequently copied, duplicated or stolen and republished / retained / sold by other sites (i.e. [login to view URL], LinkedIn, Ebay, Amazon, newspapers etc) or twenty other companies who really need something that protects their webservers from attackers and need someone to 'track' and record/fingerprint every computer that visits their website i.e. banks, building societies etc PM me for further details if you are interested. I expect that finding 400 names would take around two days if you do it properly.
