These sites are mainly targeted at US, Canada UK .

So any lists you have must be US, Canada,Uk, and must fit the type of site mentioned above. Before I purchase any lists from anyone, i will first ask for 5,000 of the emails to authenticate these are in fact genuine and will create click's/Conversions.

If i do not see a response from this list I will not buy from you .
