Need to harvest a 500.000 colombian email database, the emails need to be only from colombian companies or individuals with high income level, requirements are as follows:

1)Emails need to be deliverable( meaning that the email bouncing rate do not to exceed 15%)

2)The emails need to be ONLY from colombia.

3)Need to send a test file with 100 emails randomly selected to verify quality of work.
