Bulk Email Guru wanted - Mass Email Marketing

Summary:

All will be done with 100% accuracy. Monthly engagement = $55 to send 40,000 emails pm & you will provide a support person who person will take my email copy/content, create correct email, test it (spam and split testing) and manage it (send, clean lists ((unsubscribes etc)) and process my different contact spreadsheets and sort them to get the correct data. All is subject to the project milestones provided (80% inbox delivery- not spam) achievement and 15-40% open rate.

All emails will be received/delivered between Australian hours of business (70% within 9am - 5pm , 100% within 8am - 8pm Au time

This is an ongoing project (6 months or more) I need an experienced and reliable provider to mass email every month 40,000 contacts. The contacts meet the anti-spam requirements, all contacts come from my opt-in DB.

Use your own account or set up a generic account in one of these providers.

You will need understand and use anti spam email content design &possibly use several IPs and domains to avoid blacklist and delivery rates while acceptable spam rates are met. I'll provide the content (text) you render it in html (basic text, with hyper links and logo)

E-mailing campaigns are 100% legal (no adult and no pharmacy)

I'll seed some of my own test email addresses in the mailing list to make sure you send them properly if no email arrives in my inbox, then you didn't mail anything OR, if the majority of the emails end up in our test email address as spam...then it is considered you have not met the requirements.

You need to send varying amount of emails emails per week, what is not used will be rolled over to next week. ie week 1 = 2000, week 2 = 1500, week 3 = 2500 week 4 = 2000, week 5 = 3000, week 6= 1000. Same goes for month useage

Milestones = 40% successful launch

30% end of 1st week after launch

Remainder 30% end of week 2 after launch

I'll need access to your mail provider account to confirm all tracking reports ie. Send (inbox vs spam rates), open, opt-in/unsubscribe rates etc for release of all 3 milestones

I do not make/release any milestone payments in advance, not negotiable!
