Need 5000(approx) real targeted twitter followers without following new accounts

I am looking for a provider who can get me 5,000 (maybe more - depending on price and quality) REAL Twitter followers for my personal Twitter account. I want followers to be from Canada - preferably Ontario, but Canadian is important. I will also accept if some followers are from the US (however, I want the majority to be from Canada). No other countries, please. All new followers must be REAL accounts - no fakes, no eggs, no bots, no spam All new followers must be active accounts - these are legitimate accounts that are being used Followers must not unfollow I have a list of "target keywords" for the kind of followers I want (to get followers who share similar interests, hobbies, etc.) - I will share this with bidders via PM. I don't want to give out my Twitter credentials and password for this project - I do not want to have to follow accounts from mine to get followers. This project must be completed within the Twitter Terms of Use/Service and cannot violate any of these terms. For this project, please use only "white-hat" techniques - nothing "black-hat"/illegal. My Twitter account must not be at risk of being suspended or banned. You will not be paid if this happens to my account.
