200 PAID sign ups needed within 7 days

I need 200 paid signups for an affiliate program within 7 days. (Only bid if you know you can come through with that amount or PM me and let me know what can be done in that time frame) Paid signups must go to the specified website . No hidden fees, one time $200 payment and small admin fee (must maintain admin fee for 1-3 months). Members from USA, UK and Canada are welcome. You'll be paid $5pp. Payment will be made after the project is complete.
