I would like to hire an Industrial Designer

Hello everyone I am Prateek Mahajan. I am currently employed at JBM, Gurgaon as a design engineer. I had designed and manufactured a ball projecting machine. I have a working prototype. I now want to carry it into production. I am looking for assistance in design. My machine is a ball projecting machine used for practising cricket , baseball, lawn tennis etc. It has 5 primary mechanisms- To change direction of the ball projected , length of pitching of the ball projected, speed of the ball, vary type of balls projected, impart spin onto the ball. It consists of motors, worm wheel gear sets, motors, wheels etc. All these have been implemented. Testing suggests design changes or minor to major corrections. Major problem areas are related to damping vibrations, balancing, rigidity of structure, play in gear mesh etc. I expect real time, practical and simplistic engineering solutions. Also from manufacturing point of view. I have a very good understanding of machine's functional built and working.
