Create a 3d Boat Dashboard using CAD resulting in an .STL file for 3d printing.

I need an industrial designer to design a dashboard for a boat in a CAD program that will result in an .stl file that I can get quotes on for 3d printing. I have the dimensions of the finished dashboard, the number and sizes for the guages and switches that must fit into the dash, and a couple of pictures of dashboards that I like. I have included a picture of a sample dash that I like. I will require someone who is familiar with designing products in CAD for rapid prototyping and 3d printing technologies. They must be familiar with Objet and EOS p 730 3d printing machines. The dashboard will be printed in several pieces to allow for upgrades later. This process will be written up for Pacific Yachting Magazine which is the largest yachting and boating magazine in the Pacific Northwest of North America. in the included pictures. the darker dash that attaches to the white fibreglass of the boat is what we are looking to create.
