Create series of Organograms of Christian Monasticism
£20-250 GBP
Paid on delivery
We are looking for someone to develop a series of organograms of various individual monastic orders and overall governance, starting with western traditions of Christian monasticism - both micro organograms of how individual monasteries function within specific orders and under specific rules. Then at a macro scale, creating organograms that illustrate how individual monasteries and/or orders relate to general chapters, the catholic church and other related stakeholders and organisations.
Both the micro and marco organograms should present a clear understanding of how governance functions within western monasticism in the current moment.
This work is composed of 2 parts:
1) Collating together background research on identifying specific orders, organisations and all related stakeholders that should be factored into a macro organogram for illustrating governance structure.
-- This should all be collated into a single folder and then a summary document should be made to highlight the different aspects of governance and key proposed areas and approach to compiling an orangogram --
2) Once we've reviewed and discussed the initial research - we'll agree on an approach to creating specific organograms. Organograms should be prepared as vectors in the program that you think is best (most likely illustrator), and include illustration.
Final organograms to be delivered with original files and vector files - with and without annotation.

Anyone wishing to take on this work should have past experience in producing organograms, good research skills and if possible a background in historical research / theology.
