Cat themed cafe needs illustrator

Looking for an illustrator to draw about 10 pictures (freehand, vector, etc) of a white cat, which will be used to decorate a cat-themed cafe. The cafe will be called 'The Cat Stop', so the MAIN picture should meet the following specifications: Layout- Signal red octagonal (8-sided) border/background (like a road 'Stop' sign) White 3D cartoon-type (but more detail) cat (wearing a red backpack - optional) White banners above and below cat, with the name of the cafe (above) and location (below) Colour palate only red and white, with some black/grey where necessary for shading or definition General- The cat should be similar in appearance to a British shorthair (but not too fat) in terms of facial features. Needs to look smart and sassy, but still cute. The body posture should show the cat from just the chest upward, and holding its paw out to indicate 'Stop!' The cat can be winking, but needs a facial expression that looks interesting. Cat's head should be rotated on the horizontal axis, so the image doesn't look too flat or 2D. Subsequent pictures should show the main white cat in different interesting poses, such as walking, running, sleeping, eating ice cream, drinking, pointing towards something, etc. Use your imagination - its a cat cafe!
