Create a vector Whistler map

I need the attached map vectorized and modified - both pages. The map can be simplified - i.e. no trees and other decorations and the design can be flat - the buildings do not need to look 3D, just outlined. Also, do not keep any of the company logos, only keep the neighbourhood names, street names, mountain runs and legend icons. No red circles with numbers, etc. Also do not keep any of the ads around the map. The map will need to just be a stand alone map. I will need Whistler Village, the mountains and Creekside - as is shown in the map attached. The project is urgent - so a fast turn-around is required. Thanks!
