Children's Book Illustrator Wanted-Freelance Job

Hello-I am looking for an illustrator for a children's story that I wrote many years ago. The story is titled The Crooked Cactus and it centers around a less than perfect Saguaro cactus that wants nothing more than to have the tall majestic, straight arms of the other Saguaro cactus around him. Different desert animals come by and offer their advice on how to straighten his arms but in the end he learns to accept himself because he is so unique.
I am hoping to find an illustrator that can draw beautiful, cartoon-like pictures that are still very realistic--much like many of the children's books that are being published today. (I can offer different examples of books that are similar to the style I am looking for once we get started on the project). The book is targeted for children ages 2-10.
