Create an html image map for the attached png and make an html page with the image and image map included. Each of the orange states (there are 15) should be a separate polygon. Each polygon should show a 4pt black line on hover. No Javascript, just html and css. Final product is html file, image file, and optional css file (nothing more). Needs to be done now, so please don't bid unless you have time to do it in the next two days. Thanks.
