Build a store like ticketmaster and stubhub with social networking

I need to get a website like Ticketmaster which will sell tickets as well as have event listings. I need all the features available in ticketmaster and stubhub and I would like to integrate meetup to it. YES I need a website like ticket master with one admin panel and one user panel. It will be very similar to ticket master and will have options to sell event tickets and list events just like ticket master. I want card design like [login to view URL] I also want to integrate a social network like meetup - I need you to build an additional module which will be very similar to what meetup offers as this will help us promote events and sell tickets easily PS:- I DONT ALLOW BID CHANGES SO IF U R PLANNING ON BIDDING LESS AND THEN CHANGING IT I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO BID AT ALL....
