I've good experience in Python with Tornado and Flask. I also have experience in Node/Express and MEAN stack. On the UI front I've some experience in AngularJS & Bootstrap. If you already have some codebase in Django then it is fine to use Django. Otherwise I recommend using Flask or Tornado, as Django is heavyweight and difficult to customize. The only advantage of using Django is full stack features which is negligible these days. As more web development is leaning towards making stateless servers and intelligent clients. With Angular you can easily do away with templating. Django is very poor in performance too, which is why people prefer Flask. Which supports server-side templating and client-side templating. Performs better than Django. I don't do Graphic Design.
