Design a Logo

We are looking to design a new logo for our brand, Evolve Fitness; a commercial, high end operation, in the fitness equipment industry. Although I cannot link directly to our website here, it is just Evolve Fitness followed by dot com dot au and you can see our current branding style on there. We are looking to steer away from our current logo design and styling, and move towards something more subtle. The logo should be minimalist, clean, simple and modern. This will be placed on business cards, online, as well as larger placements, so the design needs to work on both large and small scale, digitally and physically, and on both black and white backgrounds. Our brand’s current colour palette can be found on our website, however we are looking for something black and white. Although not essential, the logo could potentially include a small amount of yellow highlighter. It should be a little bit minimalist-hipster looking. There is likely to be more work in branding development for the winner, so we are looking for a high quality entry. i've also attached a mockup of an idea that we had for the style we're looking for. (the screenshot of the black and white one) If you can pick up this sort of a theme and run with it that would be great, or even if someone can take this image and clean it up, or develop on it, that would be great.
