Creation of a csgo gambling site based around coinflips

I am planning on creating a CSGO coinflip site. I want the site to look modern, and be easily accessible and easy to navigate. This site will purely be based around a coinflip minigame as I have no intention of implementing anything else. For example you can inspect this site to get an idea of the core concept I want [login to view URL] Basic Explanation of what I mean by a Coinflip - Users will be able to enter a match or create their own match where they can compete against other players, the users will deposit their items into the site and for ever $0.01 of the items worth the user will receive 1 ticket, once both individuals have deposited their skins the coin will flip and land on a specific side based on what ticket the random number algorithm picks, and whoever correlates with the visible side of the coin will receive the opponents items as well as their own items back minus a % cut that the site will take. Designer requirements: - Know PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS, etc - Know how to manipulate the Steam API - Know how to make/configure a steam trade bot - Have experience making a CSGO betting site in the past. DO NOT BID if you haven't made a site like this before. Site requirements: - Be modern and easy to navigate - Have a skin deposit system, using a trade bot - the site should be able to value the items based on their average market place price and allow us to blacklist certain types of skins, i.e souvenir skins. - Have a fully functional trade bot that sends people trade offers when they request to deposit specific skins into one of the coin flips and automatically sends the winner of said coin flip a trade offer containing the items won minus a % cut that the site will take of the winnings. - Must have an admin panel - this admin panel should be accessible by certain steam users that I can specify - in this admin panel, the admins should be able to pick the winners of certain games, withdraw items from the bots and give them to specific users (in case the trade bot fails), also ban/unban certain users from the site, and allow us to configure the % of skins we take as a cut from every coinflip match. The admin panel should also have the ability to check the history of EVERY SINGLE COINFLIP, DEPOSIT, AND WITHDRAW ever done on the site. - This isnt a requirement but if you're able to make the site mobile friendly and easily navigable on a mobile device that would be highly appreciated. NOTE: I WILL NOT accept your proposal if you haven't done previous CSGO Betting sites before - if you apply, I want to see at least one example of your past work on a csgo betting site.
