Create an Animation

I have a webpage with rotating image. The image is an icon from font file. Here is how it looks like: [login to view URL] Check it in Google Chrome to see proper result. However, this is not working properly in all browsers. I need you to create ANIMATED GIF. The gif background will be #333, the image file must be the same like at the example I provided. It's a font character, you can download the font file here: [login to view URL] it is character "\e031", whatever that means. Your result will be an animated GIF with smooth rotating refresh icon. The animation must be very smooth, it doesn't matter if there are 100 or 200 frames, really, it must be very smooth and very nice. Properly centered. Resulting image must fit 30x30px while the icon itself must fit 28x28px - so there will be 2px #333 margins around the icon most of the time.
