Cartoon type drawing needed for shirt design

I need a cartoon type design of a man sliding down an airplane slide with a few beer bottles in his hand and with the other hand, giving the plane the middle finger. He should have very short blond hair and be wearing a flight attendant uniform. Above all this, in catchy text, I need it to say "Steven Slater : Our Working Class Hero" The plane is still on the runway, not in the air.
