Hi, Your budget doesn't really reflect the price for this project so i quoted accordingly. From what i read i can propose the following, since this is a ongoing project and you will constantly need to improve the features and all that. Which PHP Framework do you want to use and why ? I would say we use Zend Framework 2 for this platform How many NoSQL expert do you have in your team ? i have 1 (me), we have a advertising network that we are running on cassandra as nosql backend which is awesome and can scale to whatever we need it to scale while providing near realtime response How many senior PHP developer do you have in your team ? 3 but my team is bigger the experience or man power shouldnt be a problem At first view.. How many days do you estimate to develop this project ? i would say at least 3 to 5 months to do it right So my proposal, to summer up from the questions i answered about is to make this on zf2, with redis as cache service, with solr as searching engine and content indexing, with cassandra as nosql and mysql or mariadb for relational data. I can do all the clustering setup and can even provide the servers for all this since i have a datacenter. I have a few bunch of ideas that we can do to improve this, but i have just this for now.
