I want someone to build me a custom website template using CSS that will be fully compatible with Dreamweaver CS6 that I can use for my website I'm developing for my computer business. The website will have a sign up page for new members that will be stored in Godaddy database I'm using the Linux platform, a secured login page for current members, a web form to submit request with human identity, when a member forgot their password they will be sent a link to reset their login password, a secured administrator login page where I will store private information for my staff, I would also want the ability to receive a email when I receive a new member to my site with their contact information and a auto generated email will be sent to the new member as a thank you for signing up as a new member, I what to also sale my computer technical services online that would require a shopping cart to add my different services with a checkout to Paypal.
