Build a uber/AIRbnb style Website with connected APP

i need an website in an AIRbnb/uber style functionality with a connecting app. the system need to hold a payment system to collect payment from costumers but also to pay out to the suppliers (like airbnb and uber). the site should also be possible to use in both English as well as Chinese characters (I will handle the translation myself, so just provide it in English) for the APP I will need it for both android and IOS and with 2 functions, log in as user or log in as supplier, and when a supplier log in, the website should handle the location where the supplier are. the website as well as the user version of the app, should handle the location to find the near by service provider and send this to the user when the agreement are made. the suppliers should be possible to put into up to 5 levels, and sorted by location, male, female etc. the website itself should be responsive and compatible with all formats like iphone ipad, android phones and tablets, internet explorer, firefox, chrome safari, windows and mac osx I refer here to uber and AIRbnb, but I need to be able to adjust, change add, remove rename and replace categories, folders, names search options and so on. all names levels and texts, should be possible to change, translate etc by admin after approval the source code should be handed over.
