Need a Joomla expert to design / develop a website. Pls. bid ONLY if you meet the following criteria: - Joomla experience to build a website / portal - module / theme development / customising existing module/theme - good experience in PHP/mySQL required for above work - you should be from Bangalore, India as you may need to visit customer place for the requirement capturing / discussions / deployment Share few Joomla work you have done in the past. Terms & Conditions: - Timeline / Cost - include buffer for timeline/cost for additional changes that may arise after delivery to the customer - Do not insist an full amount before completing the work. Payment is based on milestone completion, no initial amount will be paid before completing the work. Allow 2-3 days for creating milestone after accepting the project. As I use bank wire transfer (rather credit card), freelancer takes 2-3 days credit money in my freelancer account. - Communication is very important, you should respond phone calls / emails same day. Should be available in online during day time. - May need to sign Non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
