To win the contract you need to say what you will do for each item and remember I want you to use an existing template from elegant themes so much of the work has been done. I do not have time to do but i know much of work is just to add very good plug ins want to you need to convince me you can do algorithms to extract prices from other online shops and to work out average price and volumes. The algorithm would essentially be what we call a crawler or scraper. This is a headless browser that visits the site, grabs the price for a specific product & then saves the data in some type of database. Unless the sites have API's we can integrate with, this would be our only option.
